Can I still play karaoke after my subscription ends?
Yes, you can continue to access and play the karaoke files in your library. However, you won’t be able to generate new karaoke tracks without an active subscription
Do my credits roll over to the next month?
Credits included in monthly and annual plans do not roll over and must be used within the same billing cycle, as they are offered at a significant discount compared to the 10-Credit Pack. However, credits purchased through a credit pack do not expire and can be used at any time
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Simply go to the Billing section in Youka and follow the prompts, or you can contact our support team via chat or by sending an email to support@youka.io
Can I purchase multiple subscriptions?
Yes, you can. For instance, if you buy two Pro subscriptions, you will receive 100 karaoke credits
How does the credit system work?
Each karaoke track generation costs 1 credit. Once the track is generated, you can resync and download it as many times as you like without using additional credits
